18/07/2008 11:46:00 AM
The far south coast golf correspondent has reported in on the Cusack trio and all three boys have made the State Age Championships comprising 60 players.

James is currently competing in the top half, while Mitchell and Kurt are in the bottom half. At the time of going to press, James had a 76 and an 87 in some tough conditions while Mitchell and Kurt were still out on the course.

Reliable sources reveal that the caddy is bearing up and after walking, yes walking 36 holes on Tuesday showed signs of leg fatigue and a longing to return to the comforts of a cart back home.

See next week’s column for a more detailed report.
