Putters to be put to the test

9/05/2008 12:22:00 PM
Putters of all calibres will be testing their flatsticks on the seven wonders of the Wellington putting green this Friday at 6pm.

With three rounds down all previous round winners start on minus one.

Chopper, Boof and Bryce will be giving their all to get another start in the final series.

To be able to play in the final night you must play at least four of the 16 rounds.

Al Ritchie’s steaks will be primed for eating once again and the football will be live and uninterrupted by 101 Dalmatians or “did you put the garbage out yet?”

So there you have it - a great night out (or away). Putting, steaks, footy and maybe a beer (not sure).

$20 gets you a start, so knock the dust off the old putter and come try your luck.

You may even see the Long Electrician or the Gate Keeper out there.
