Under 6s: The Volcanos defeated Colts (A) 7-nil in a good game with some great runs from David Jones and Nick Redfern for the Volcanos. Daniel Hodges had a strong game in goals while Preston Conn’s defence efforts never stopped.
The Volcanoes were on fire, erupting with seven goals scored by William Eather (5) and Lucy Thompson (2). Bradley O’Brien made a fantastic save in goal.

Green Machine proved too good for Red Rockets, winning 6-4. Sean O’Brien from the Green Machine was on fire with five goals in the first half, while Kimberly Trappett defended well in goals. James Glawson played well scoring his first goal for the season, while Liam Russell and Jake Stewart tried hard. Nicholas Kierle for the Red Rockets scored two great goals, while Lucas Jones and Craig Wheatley also scored for the Red Rockets. Jack Jones played a strong game, while Hew Jones and Grace Bennett tried hard too.

Bulldogs (E) defeated Socceroos (F) 2-1. The Bulldogs were outnumbered but overcame adversity with the players present having an excellent game. Mackenzie Whiteley and Julia Ball scored one goal each, while Harry Powyer and Isaiah Ahsee were great in support.
Eli Cox had a good second half in goal for the Socceroos, with George Parkes once again running all over the field all game.
Under 8s
Deadlies (A) defeated the Storm (B) 3-2 in a highly-skilled and fast game, with excellent plays from Felicity Langlands, Tyron Forty, Hamish Poole (2), Travis Elwell and Brianna Trappett (1) from the Deadlies.
The Storm had a tough game with a few players absent but Caitlin Playford and Barton Redfern put in big efforts for their team. Charlie Wilson (1) and Claude Lewsam helped the Storm out this week too.

Buffalos (C) drew with the Blue Tongue Lizards (D) 1-all.
The first half was very even, seeing the game moving from one end of the field to the other.
Sean Behsam was a brick wall in goals while Bridget Campbell and Elizabeth Morley enjoyed playing in the backs.
Claude Lewsam and Sam Birbiles moved the ball around the ground with good skill. Jack Broome and Hollie Stewart did an excellent job as goalies and were assisted well by Tyron Gorman. Jack O’Brien, Harry Broome and Aaron Kitch (1) played hard, while Patrick Kierle, Tatum Roberts and Zac Seers had a fabulous game.

The Flames (E) defeated the Racing Stripes (F) 5-1 once again with both teams putting in a huge game.
Alex Brien (3) was great in attack and James O’Brien strong in defence. Charlie Wilson scored two great goals while Noah Cox and Michael Jones played well in goals.
Grace Russell was great in goal for her first attempt for the Racing Stripes, saving many goals.
Maggie Smith set up a great goal for her brother Will with Jade Brindley, Hannah Brien, Kate Parkes, Kane Francis and Cooper McGeorge playing well for their team.
Under 10s
Ollyroos (A) defeated the Redbacks (B) 3-1 in a tight contest with a 1-all draw at half time. But it was the Ollyroos who came home stronger in the end. Jack Whiteley (1) and William Lousick (2) were strong in attack and well-supported by Yamirra Talbot, Bradley King, Mackenzie Jones and Noah Dorin. Isaac Michelmore and Oguz Arici were great in defence as always, with Jodie Hicks and Heath Irwin playing strong in goals. Welcome to the Redbacks Jaydem Gorman, Thomas Broome, Mackenzie and Darcey Tierney, who all played great games.
Nick Trappett defended well in goal, while Brittany Wheatley, Amber Smith and Leiha McGeorge tried really hard.

The Blue Tornados (C) were defeated by the Blues (D), who all played well with their new players after the shuffle. Aiden Bestwick and Sam Campbell were strong in goals for the Blue Tornados in a very hard game.
The Blue Tornados showed much promise in attack with Tom Swainston (1) leading the way for the youngsters Anthony Glawson, Niamh O’Brien, Mathew Duttfield and Lincoln Blackhall, while Emily Campbell, Gabrielle Eather, Thomas Bell, Ashleigh and Taylor Giddings never stopped working.
Mathew Purcell was awesome in defence for the Blues, while Rhianna Sutherland hit a double and had an outstanding game in attack while Simon Slacksmith hit a great shot in the second half. Welcome to Tara Miller and Lucy Parkes, the new players who played well in their first game for the Blues.
Under 12s
Purple People Eaters (A) got the better of Wests Tigers (D) winning 6-2, with Bradley Bowman (3) and Harry Wighton (3) having a huge offensive game while Bradley McKnight and David Hyde played well in goals. Jessica Fuller, Gary Sarsfield and Glen Irwin were also very busy in the midfields continually bringing the ball downfield for the Purple People Eaters.
The Wests Tigers outfit was depleted this week with six players away, but they never gave up. Ngahla Talbot (1) made some great saves in goal during the first half with Joshua Bennett just missing a shot in the first half before taking over goalie duty. Lindsay Stanley scored his first goal for the team while Sara Darney and Ryan Goninan worked tirelessly in attack and Rowan Gersbach and Tara Lee Swainston played hard in defence.

Cheaters (B) had a 2-all draw with the Pumas in a super game of soccer from both sides.
The Cheaters played well as a team with Kayla Skelly, Alana Wirth, Emma Wykes and Britney Smith great in attack. Kirsty McCarroll, Claire O’Brien and Tye Byrne were strong up front and well supported by Jack Thompson (1), Matthew Dorin and Alanah Williams. Tom and Henry Redfern (1) were great in goals while Carolyn Morley and Brock Playford were fearless in the backs with Tim Johnston running hard all game.
Opens
Green Demons (A) defeated Jolly Bops (E) 3-2 in a very close match. Tyrone Evans (3) was strong in offence with the support of Kathryn King and Corey Byrne. Bevan Walsh and Troy Gersbach had strong games in the midfields and worked tirelessly while Jake Ginty and Hayden Sutherland went well in goals. Sam Coon (2) had a strong game for the Jolly Bops with Mitchell Pateman, Jessica Frost, Rowel Bishop and Jesse Dawson working tirelessly all game. A special mention to goalie Brent Naden who pulled off numerous spectacular saves in goal. Well done Jolly Bops, keep up the great work.

Red Kittys FC(C) defeated Football Fury (D) 3-2. Leazelle Graham played a great game with the help of Jacob and Nick Forrest who knocked out the defence. Tristan and Reid worked well together as they are Arm“strongs”.
Zac and Mathew Hyde are great at “hiding” the ball from the defence with great skills. Makiko, Taryn Payne and William Putland were Japanese fighting fish in defence and Tamara Woldhuis made some great saves in goal. Thanks to Jess for playing and showing some great skills.
The Football Furys put up a great contest with Emily Hicks hitting a double and having another sensational attacking game with Thomas Simpson and Sheridan Armstrong trying hard in goals.

Titans (E) went down to Australian Made (F) 3-1 in a hard game for the Titans. Nicholas James and Sarah Pickford were outstanding throughout the game while Damien Wykes scored a great goal. Josh and Sam Lovegrove both played well in goals.
Australian Made worked hard with Hayden Butler (1), Andrew Hockey (1) and Victoria McKnight (1) all having strong attacking games and being well-supported by Nakita Carr, Jay Bailey, Katie Hicks and Michael Taylor.
